E33G lets you live in Indonesia while working remotely for a company established outside Indonesia. The visa is issued for up to 1 year and is extendable when you remain eligible. It does not allow local employment, receiving income from an Indonesian company / person, or selling local services / products. Annual income of at least USD 60,000 from your foreign employer is required.

Inside Indonesia vs outside Indonesia
If you are already inside Indonesia, your current stay permit must be checked first. Depending on your case, options may include extending your current permit, ITK -> ITAS conversion if eligible, a bridging stay permit, exit and re-enter with a new visa, or an EPO / termination process for KITAS holders. Visio confirms the right path before payment.

Payment & prepayment
Payment is taken upfront before we submit the application. It covers government fees and our team's work. For complex cases (KITAS, PMA, C12) part of the payment may be non-refundable once filings start - we always tell you before you pay.

This is a complex case. Before the final invoice your application is reviewed by a Visio specialist: we check eligibility, documents and timing. If the case doesn't qualify we tell you before any filings start.
Risk note
Medium risk. E33G is a remote-work residency, not a work permit. If you also want to earn locally, take an Indonesian employment role, or run an Indonesian company day-to-day, a different route (E28A, Work KITAS, C12) may be required.
Refunds & delays
Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been filed. The service portion can be refunded if we have not started work yet. Processing times are estimates - Indonesian immigration may delay decisions and Visio is not liable for those delays.
Visio cannot guarantee approval - visa decisions are made by Indonesian immigration authorities. We work with local visa and legal partners where required. Visio is not an official immigration partner.
