On-time guarantee

We submit or deliver by the guaranteed date shown on your visa page. If we miss it for reasons on our side, we refund the Visio service fee in full.

Money-back on rejection

If Indonesian immigration rejects your application, we refund the Visio service fee in full and help you re-apply for free (rejection recovery).

Honest about what we control

Final approval is decided by Indonesian immigration — no agent can guarantee it. Government fees already paid to immigration are non-refundable. Visio guarantees its own service and timing.

How it works

The guaranteed submission date is shown on your visa page (the "Submitted by" line).
If we miss it for reasons on our side, you get a full refund of Visio's service fee.
If Indonesian immigration rejects the application, we refund Visio's service fee and help you re-apply for free.

What isn't covered

Government fees already paid to Indonesian immigration — these are the government's funds, not Visio's, and cannot be refunded.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documents provided by the applicant.
Rejections tied to the applicant's own immigration history (deportation, blacklist, overstay).
Force majeure: immigration system outages, regulatory changes and natural events.

How to claim

Message us in the app chat or on WhatsApp with your case reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
