You agree to provide accurate information, valid documents and to follow Indonesian immigration rules. Visio facilitates the application process; the final decision on every visa rests with the Indonesian authorities.

Visio is not liable for visa rejections, processing delays caused by the authorities, or for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
