How refunds work for Visio service fees, government fees and third-party costs on Indonesian visa applications.
If Visio is unable to process your standard visa application due to our side, we refund 75% of the service payment. Government fees, payment fees, third-party processing costs and work already started may be non-refundable.
Before any work has started on your case you can request a full refund of the Visio service fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Once our team has started preparing, reviewing or submitting documents, the service portion becomes partly non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a standard application due to our side, we refund 75% of the service payment.
Government fees, payment processing fees and licensed partner fees (notaries, agents, sponsors, couriers) are paid directly to those parties and follow their own refund rules. Once submitted, they generally cannot be recovered. Work already started may also be non-refundable.
Final visa decisions are made by Indonesian immigration authorities. If the application is rejected or delayed by immigration authorities, approval and refund are not guaranteed. Where possible we will explain the reason and help you re-apply - we do not charge a second service fee for the immediate re-application.
If the applicant provides incorrect, incomplete or false information, or required documents are not provided in time, approval and refund are not guaranteed. Visio does not refund costs caused by errors in the information you provided.
