C2 Business Visa is for business visits — not local work. You can attend meetings, negotiate, sign contracts, check goods, visit offices or factories, and explore business opportunities. You cannot sell services, receive a salary, work for an Indonesian company, or run daily local operations under C2. With Visio, we check your purpose, current location, current visa, nationality, documents, stay duration and business plan before recommending the correct path — C2, C12, D2, E33G, E28A, or another KITAS route.

Your case may need human review. Some visa routes depend on your current stay permit, sponsor, documents, activity and current Indonesian immigration rules. A Visio specialist will review your case before confirming the best path.

You pay for the service and upload your documents in your secure Visio account.
A specialist reviews your documents and contacts you if anything needs to be fixed.
We submit the application and keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.
When the visa is issued you receive it in your account and by email.
Payment & prepayment
Payment is taken upfront before we submit the application. It covers government fees and our team's work. For complex cases (KITAS, PMA, C12) part of the payment may be non-refundable once filings start - we always tell you before you pay.
Human review
This is a complex case. Before the final invoice your application is reviewed by a Visio specialist: we check eligibility, documents and timing. If the case doesn't qualify we tell you before any filings start.
Risk note
Low to medium risk. C2 does not authorise paid work, local sales or running an Indonesian company day-to-day. For employment, investor activity or long stay, the correct path may be C12, D2, E33G, E28A or another KITAS — we'll confirm before you pay.
Refunds & delays
Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been filed. The service portion can be refunded if we have not started work yet. Processing times are estimates - Indonesian immigration may delay decisions and Visio is not liable for those delays.
Visio cannot guarantee approval - visa decisions are made by Indonesian immigration authorities. We work with local visa and legal partners where required. Visio is not an official immigration partner.

No. Decisions are made by Indonesian immigration. Visio prepares accurate documents and supports your application, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. We start work after payment because government fees are paid in advance.
What if my case is urgent?

What if immigration delays the decision?
We keep supporting your application at no extra cost. Visio doesn't control immigration timing but we keep you updated on every change.
