Why not just do it myself?

You can — the government portal exists. With Visio you get one form instead of three, human review of your passport data before submission, all three QR codes stored offline in your wallet, and a day-25 reminder so you don't miss the extension. If our margin ($5.66) isn't worth that to you, doing it yourself is a legitimate choice — we say so upfront.

Is the Arrival Card really free?

Yes. The All Indonesia Arrival Card is a free customs and health declaration required for every arrival. We file it as part of the Pack because you need it anyway — no charge for that piece.

When should I apply?

48 hours before departure is ideal. The Arrival Card needs flight details and the e-VOA takes up to 1-3 business days to approve. We surface the deadlines automatically once you enter your flight.

What if I'm refused entry?

The e-VOA gov fee (IDR 500,000) is non-refundable once immigration processes it. If your application never reaches submission (wrong passport data caught by our review, cancelled trip within 24h), we refund the full amount minus card processing.

Can I extend the e-VOA in Bali?

Yes — once, for another 30 days (60 days total). We send a reminder on day 25 with a one-tap extension flow ($78 all-in). This visa cannot be converted to KITAS.
