Regulation IMI-417.GR.01.01/2025 requires every applicant to attend immigration in person for any stay-permit extension: VOA, visit visas and every KITAS type. The office takes your photo, fingerprints, signature and does a short interview.

You must personally take the queue ticket. By law, agents cannot attend or queue for you.
